After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the clown returns to a quiet town in Miles County, where he attacks a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. The film was a completely independent production. The money was raised from several sources without the help of the studio, and writer/director Damien Leone created all the special effects himself to cut costs. He was able to be uncompromising in his depiction of violence and blood because there was no studio that made demands or insisted on cuts. Teenagers Sienna (Lauren LaVera) and her brother Jonathan (Elliott Fullam) are pursued by Art and his partner, Little Pale Girl (Amelie McLain). “Horror 2” is a terrible and stupid slasher, the sequel to “Horror”, with incredible hype. The nonsensical plot again gives no explanation of who Art Clown is, or how he was reborn, or why he is a serial killer. It is limited to an audience that likes blood, brutal and brutal murders without any explanation.
